This young lad was in the car next to me as I pulled into the parking

lot of a football game.

Gracie is a six year old poodle that was given to us because she had

a "giddy-up" hop which excluded her from the show ring. She stepped

up to the studio one afternoon and we took some shots. I think this

one shows her spirit through her eyes.

These were three puppies from a litter my Dad was trying to sell.

We shot some images to put on his web site. These guys were so

tired from running around, they just fell into a pile.

The most amazing thing about this photo is that they were actually

sitting still, all at the same time.

I shot this of a friends dog. Pretty standard stuff, but I liked

the texture of her face.

Yes, I know the highlight is blown out. But I just love how George

leaned into the shot, as if he were peeking around the corner.

This was made from a normal daytime exposure. I thought the

starkness of the image, combined with the flag made for a better

nightime picture.

I found this one a little funny. The "General" must have thought a

lot of himself, because he had all of his relatives buried in a semi-

circle around him--as if he would be holding court for eternity.

I was traveling outside of Stowe last week. It was about 9 PM and

it had just stopped raining. The crescent moon was just coming over

the hills, and the mist was blowing across the field. It felt as

though summer was slipping away in the night.

I happend to drive by this sign the day after my college roommate

called to tell me he was home safely from the war. The remoteness

of the location and the oncoming storm gave me such a feeling I had

to stop and capture the moment.

Its not a political statement on the war, just the aloneness that

those who serve feel when they are far from home.

I shot this one late afternoon at the Solitude Nordic Ski Center

outside of Salt Lake City.
