Here's my first trio (I know, the last one doesn't fit to the set)

"Hyöky"
3.
Ok. Some rally nice photos already! Liked Mark Sirota's light painting and Robert Wayt's fisherman alot.
Here's three photos from Givskud Zoo in Denmark. There was a baby gorilla that was so lovely. The ways it played looked so human and the way the mother cuddled it was just adorable. Of course the fact that they were captivated is always sad...especially the fact the we humans have threatened them to this situation.
For my D200 the lighting situation wasn't the best and hence I decided to make the photos B&W to give the black fur some extra light but without loosing shades. Enjoy!
4.
Hello dear Nikonistas!
Haven't posted any photos for a while. =( But today I remembered this awesome thread of Wednesday Pic's and here is my contribute for the easter.
In Finland we have a tradition on Palm Sunday that kids dress themselves as easter witches and they go to "virpomaan" where they go form door to door to wish happiness and get rewarded with candy. My kids weren't first that excited as can be seen in the photo, but eventually they had a blast with a bucket full of chocolate!!
5.
Happy Wednesday everyone.
Nice pictures once again. Last week I saw Tori Amos play in Helsinki and soooo would've wanted to capture few frames from the amazing show. Sadly cameras weren't allowed and I humbly obeyed the rules, so no Tori picture today. Instead I'll post a small lizard that came across when me and my family were coming back from our night under the stars last August.
6.
Good wednesday!
Many really nice portraits this week so far!
My photo is taken last saturday when I went to Torrey, Aberdeen and we saw this platform on the sea coast.
My friends didn't want to go, so I had to run to the end and my friend took this shot of me and the wave with my camera. My shoes got wet but it was worth it! Enjoy!

  7.
Happy wednesday to everyone!
Lovely photos again. Some of my favs are taken by Jana Hughes, Tom Howd, Robert Wayt & John Rowsell.
My pic is from Arabian Nights Party held last Saturday in Aberdeen. I wanted to take long exposure photos with flash of the dancers there.
8.
Hey guys!
I own Nikon D200 and Nissin Di622, which I've used for getting some extra light and practicing some strobism.
I've thought about having another small flash for practicing even more, but there are some questionmarks about my understanding of syncing flashes, so...
I would like to first try to cope without any radio triggers and saw this review about Nissin Di622 MkII.
Did I understand correctly that with the new MKII would be able to use as a second wireless slave with my older Di622?
And is it possible to sync the two flashes with my built-in flash of D200?
And what about having 2x Di622 MkI, will they sync together also?
Regards,
Juho

  9.
Happy Wednesday everyone!
What a great start for this week thread by Matt Laur. Other favorites are Shun's frog and Markku's winter forest that makes me wanna go back to Finland from this aweful grey Scotland....we've had rain for the last 4 days and I hate it!
Luckily last week there was nice sunny days and I got this pic from Seaton Park next to the place I live for now.
