This photo is so well conceived and executed, it challenges my beliefs that it could be real . . . but it must be! How could this be set up? It reminds me of an El Greco or one of the old masters. The picture works on so many levels, there are so many stories wrapped into one . . . the rearing horse . . . di dhe cause the accident, or is he simply reacting? The clouds reverberate with the violence and reflect the mood . . . its as is the fury of the rearing horse is symbolized by the mood of the sky and it's brilliance whereas the injured horse and it's unconscious state, perhaps it's death are symbolized by the dull earth and dust settling over his body. The men in the background, what marvelous reactions, this Greek chorus to the tragedy in the foreground.
Congratulations on a superlative photo. 7/7 doesn't do it justice. . . .

Thought this was a fun image although I feel sorry for the mules.
Very steep and trecherous trail at G.C.

Perfect! The water adds to the picture by adding an optical illusion of additional height to the bridge! If anything more water/less sky, if there were no distacting elements in the water. But why pick? Love this picture!

It looks like this guy was just trying to have a bit of fun. I got a chuckle out of it. OK, it's not high art, but let's not analyze it to death.

Nice idea here. It really works. Very original and beautiful, a new take on an old theme!

Hey Michael! I found you in the Best Rated Pics section. Bravo! Maybe when the weather improves I'll see you at the pier.

Why is the ground red????

That's really beautiful!

I'm no expert, but I think that the chief problem with this picture (and maybe not the only one) is that the lighting is wrong. It looks like the picture was taking during midday and it is contrasty and hard.

The combinations of tones and textures make this really interesting to look at, and you get a real sense of motion with the water washing out to sea.

No other word can be used to describe this.

Ok, that's it. My camera is going out the window . . .
Ooops! There it goes! *Crash*!!!!

Well not all of us have access to such beautiful models with such wonderful expressions. It must be said! (Well maybe if I lived in Denmark . . . . *sigh*).
But what are the tools without the master's hand?
Need it really be said again? Bravo.

Fun shots! You should move up to a real camera :)

Well yeah it probably could use a little less sky since there is very little going on there, whereas the foreground is interesting.

That is the saddest damn looking bear I've ever seen! Poor thing!

Obviously NOT T-MAX !!!

It would be interesting to see the original color version.

Interestnig. I thought it was real at first until I saw the "composite" comment. I guess they are probably a little too close for reality?
