What an excellent image of an owl that I have been wanting to photograph in the wild for over 10 years now! extremely sharp too! how far away where you from this magnificient lappuggla? and i can also add a small question : var denna bild tagen i Sverige? var det lätt att träffa pà ugglan eller fick du vänta ut den i skogen i flera dagar pà en speciell plats? Slagugglan är ockso en drömuggla att fà pà bild, men väldigt skygg!!

any comments or imput on this image will be highly interesting, as it

was a bird I had been wanting to photograph for over 10 years, but it

flew past me very quickly, and only once, so all i managed to get was

2 good shots! When i returned the next day for more snapping, the

harriers where all gone!
