I like that kit, I use the 105 also. Try the 300/4 with Kenko tubes, a very fun macro lens. Hardly 1:4, but miles of working distance and room to use your flash. For travel, It just seems that 105 and 300 cover the telephoto range.
What can your 180 with tubes or TC do? A teleconverter also decreases minimum focus distance, making telephotos a bit more versatile in the field.
