1.
I ran into a simular problem when I hired a second photographer for a wedding I shot earlier this year. He stated he was experienced had a nice web page and a good portfolio...
The images he shot for me at the wedding were horindous, out of focus most of them were very dark and he had the wrong white balance set. I am just glad I had him do the guest tables and some grip and grin photos... I shot all the formals and most of the ceremony. I did lose a lot of the reception photos because he shot a great deal of them and some of the ceremony. I was able to salvage most of the pictures but it was not what he said he could do. I never paid him the balance of the agreed upon fee and never used him again. I am much more careful now. Well you live and learn...

 2.
I am trying to learn the actions command in photoshop 7.0 I am using the included actions to practice and I downloaded a few from Adobe as well. Here is the problem, Whenever I select the action and click on the little play buttom in the action palette nothing happens to my image on screen. I think I am doing something wrong. I even reinstalled photoshop thinking that was the problem but it still does not work. Any help you can give.

 3.
Hello I am a part time wedding and little leaque sports photographer. I charge a shooting fee only and have my clients go to a website to purchase the prints they want. The company I use prints and ships to the client and I get paid. Very easy and painless except I have to wait to get paid as they only send checks out once a month.
My question is this:
Would I be better off selling a complete package to include prints of different sizes all for one price or should I just keep doing it the way I do now.
Does anyone on the board sell their products the same way or what technique do you use to sell to your clients and can recommend to me any other ways of selling my prints. I was also thinking of just giving the client a DVD of prints for one price and then they can do their own printing. What do you think of this style of selling to clients. I want to make as much profit as possible. Which way will enable me to do this?
