<p>I currently have 40D and 5D Mark II with 50mm 1.8, 28-135mm, and 24-105mm. I'll be selling the 28-135mm soon, which I can get 85mm. I'm still undecided whether go with tele or primes. I shoot portrait and wedding.</p>

<p>I've emailed adorama regarding about 5d mark ii with 24-105mm lens kit included the hood or not before I place my order but one of adorama's rep. replied to my email that the hood is sold separately. I didn't realize the hood came with the lens after I submitted my order 2 days after. So I decided to call adorama's sale department to find out. The guy one the phone said the hood came with 2-105mm lens. I wasn't sure until I received my package.</p>

<p>I can't believe the online rep. doesn't know anything about products they sell online. I've received my kit yesterday and yes the hood and a bag came with it.</p>

<p>Is it necessary to have a contract form when shooting senior portraits (-18)? I know some photographers do and some don't. </p>

<p>I recently just bought a 5d mrk ii with 24-105mm kit which not included the hood. My lens feels naked without a hood :-). The EW-83J is slightly longer than EW-83H but wonder if there's any vignetting on FF body?</p>

<p>I've been searching around and many users said st-e2 it not great for outdoor. So I decided to get another flash (430ex ii), add a bit of weight on camera is not a big deal though. And maybe a hot-shoe cord</p>

<p>I'm sorry. I currently have 580ex ii flash and need a wireless transmitter for portrait shoots. I figured out that the price between st-e2 and 430ex ii is not much difference. I cannot afford pocketwizard at this time. so need some help to choose between these two.</p>

I'm looking for a script that I can upload photos with username and password. So client can access to it and take a look at their photos, pick the one that they want to print. Please let me know if you've found one.<br>

<p>I've been researching different online printing services and it seems mpix has many positives feedback. I just wonder does mpix print their company name on the back of each photo like walmart or walgreens? At what price you think it's reasonable to charge client if we print at mpix (size 4x6)</p>

<p>They'd no problem with the crappy look on their photos. So that's why they didn't want to spend extra pennies for better quality. If they tell their friends the truth then I don't have to worry about my reputation. I think I have to take "I shoot, you print!" off from my packages.</p>

<p>Some of my clients want the CD so they can print wherever they want. Should I make different sizes or just give them the larger size? One of my client brought the CD to Walmart and printed them but the photos look crappy and then they brought to Kinkos which costs as twice as Walmart' price; the color turned out exactly as on computer but they only printed a couple of them and the rest are from walmart.<br />When we take a look at a photo, we never ask the photo's owner "where did you print it". Most of the time, we ask "who took this photo?"</p>

Do you guys resize to a certain size before sending to lab or leave as its original size? I normally set the largest RAW size on my 40D, just in case if client wants to print a larger photo. </p>

My current colorspace setting is sRGB</p>

<p>I use photoshop to convert all of my RAW images to JPEG but when I print it at a local printing service store. The color seem a bit pale. So I opened the same JPEG image with irfanview and resized to the size that I've printed (960x1440px), the color from the printed photo and on irfanview are 97%.<br>

Would you resize all the images to the size that you're gonna print then edit it or just edit it from the original sizes?</p>

<p>85mm would give your model feel comfortable and nice bokeh than 50mm.</p>

<p>The only thing i hate working with prime lens is moving with our feet. On the other hand is 50mm lens has f1.8 which is nice fo low light and have a good blurry background. It's a good idea to visit a place that we're going to shoot a few weeks ahead to check out the lighting.</p>
