It really is a lovely, delicate image. The exposure gives a luminescent rim around the edge of the cave entrance as well. I like the whole idea so much that I do think it's worth more experimentation (and I do like this image).

This is a terrific shot. The only thing that would have made it a little better is if you had caught one of the cat's eyes in the photo as well.

The cave entrance is shaped like a right eye. The hole on the left is part of the left eye. It's like being inside of an earth/rock skull looking out at the woman.

However it's overexposed and perhaps a little out of focus. It's worth trying a few more times and comparing the shots.

It's a really nice composition but I think it could use a little touch up in photoshop: levels, color balance, and a little sharpening. Check out the attached image, see what you think, I spent a few minutes to see what it would look like.

I like the shot, I like the light in the boat window, the little bit of ice on the water, the fog, and the mood is very interesting - nice, my favorite in the folder (I haven't checked out all your folders yet though)

wow, I did not think it would be possible to hand hold a shot like that. Shows what can be done, and gives encouragement/hope for spontaneous possibilities.
