Nice concept, but I am afraid the execution fails. First, the focus is on the basket, not the dog. In low light, auto-focus can "hunt" and here it landed on the basket. Combined with f/2.8, the dog is OoF. The other issue is that with such low lighting, and ISO 200, the shutter is now 1/15th of a second. That is very, very slow. And too slow for a dog which is going to move during the exposure. Finally, in my opinion, we either need a bit more headroom above the dog, or less basket in the composition.

    The Bride II

I am not a fan of the shadow either, but to each their own I suppose. I also think the brides right are could be brought down a bit more like the left are so that we are not seeing the bride's armpit. Have all the weight on one leg a kick the hip out just a bit for a bit of S-curve.

With a 5D I would have gladly shot @ ISO 800 and 1/60th instead of ISO 400 and 1/30th. Image is a bit soft, but @ 90mm and 1/30th, it will be. Nice capture none-the-less.

    Bride and Groom

Nice capture! Grooms tux seems a little blue on my screen. Skin tones seem to have a bit too much magenta. I am not sure I like the line running down the center of them. Moving the slightly to our left would have covered the trash can and off centered the line. Bride's left eye is too shadowed. Might have had her turn her face a bit more towards the camera. Grooms hand doesn't look sharp. Maybe it's just the web JPEG, but it reminds me of when I would use UV filters and had spots on an image that were inexplicably blurred (until I learned it was the UV filter!). About the only thing I would do for the client is cloning out the trash can.

I like the shot as well. I think I would have liked to have had just a bit more DOF (the B&G just a tad bit more in focus, but still OOF). And I might crop the image just below the brides elbow. It seems to me her hand is in an.... awkward position especially with flames to the right!
