Hey Tif, I really like this shot. For me it's like I'm peeking in on this person's dream and seeing some of my own dreams reflected there. It reminds me of all of the times I've wanted to just take off and get away. I love the graininess/texture of it, that really helps give it that dreamy, timeless quality, like it could have been taken yesterday or years ago. -
I really like this shot. I like shots like this where, to me, there are a multiple subjects depending on how you look at it. Here I see the thee itself and also the patterns created by the light, shadows and branches. What really captures me with this shot is the way the light and haziness in the lower corners sort of pushes my eye towards the darkness at the center of the trunk where the branches send my eyes off in different directions. I also like that the trunk is slightly off center.

Hi Jan, I really like your use of color, lighting and the zoom during exposure. For me that gives it more of a dynamic feel that just a regular still life shot. One thing that kind of bugs me though is that the bottles seem to be slightly skewed to the right. For me when something is only slightly off I find it more distracting than if its way off, especially in a static subject. Overall great shot though!
