Nice shot! What month was this taken? The tumbleweed being green makes me think it was spring.
A comment on the composition: I would like to see more on the right side. It looks like the sandy bit has been cut off, and it should continue the "wavy" line downwards. The tumbleweed would then be positioned more to the left, and the overall effect might be more dynamic. Then again, I wasn't there to see what you had to work with....
