I think the composition is quite good. I think the use of negative space around the top and right sides is very effective isolating and increasing the effect of the swastika and the man viewing it. I think the desaturation of everything but the swastika was a very effective and creative, but not abusive use of photoshop. The edit is obvious and therefor not really cheating.
