The picture draws attention to the woman with the microphone much better once it's cropped to use just the upper half, to just below the bottom of the windshield, printing it as a panoramic shot. Otherwise the front of the car draws all the attention.

I really like this interesting shot. It makes me want to see more of what's beyond the frame edges, especially at the bottom/foreground.
