Fascinating...requires more than a second look. Age, solitude, decay, and a sense of uneasiness all abound. And I like the Leonado-like ambiguously discontinuous horizon...very odd and very effective.

Sometimes they just happen, these little moments of fun.

What an imaginative shot! Your vision is good...the detail tells us so much yet leaves plenty for the imagination. I will spend the next few hours on the bowsprit of that sailing vessel as she dips through the seas. I like the high key effect too as it blends men and sky... a deep blue sky would have reduced the effect.
