3. Wonderful framing in the image. The face seems a bit "blurred" in relation the the blouse, which is quite sharp. In my opinion, does not help the image. -Dave

Tripled girl

Very well done. Visually stimulating in a rarely used technique. Film? Many modern cameras will not even perform multiple exposures. -Dave

The Adventure Begins

A paddle-boarder venturing out beyond the breakers, on a calm and foggy afternoon.
6. Old Pomo tribe tales speak of the Spirit of Ta'ta, embodied as a hawk. I believe I captured a vision of him, over the Navarro River estuary.

Andrew, I have not been one this site for maybe six months before yesterday. I saw this image and just knew it was one of yours. The lighting and design are very characteristic to you. BRAVO on another eye catching (and holding) work.

10.
As an aging Xray technologist, I remember some facilities that used Polaroid xray film in the operating rooms. A big advantage in development times to the operating surgeon. Today everything is near instantaneous, but wet tanking operative films in the day, was the height of stress for all.

13. What a beautiful capture. Great dynamic range, did you use an extended dynamic range process? I am keeping this one in my favorites. Best regards... -Dave

Untitled

I am unsure whether this is a form of Rorschach test or just a piece of modern impressionism. I can read a story quite easily into this image. It also holds the interest for some time. The only thing I am sure of is, I am am not passing through that gate into the "red" lands beyond. Best regards... -Dave

19. A very sound response, I too like to test the waters from time to time. I will have to go back into your files and look at some others in this series. The elements are certainly there, and with your hand, I am sure there is magic. -Dave
20. Sorry Alf, I will have to agree.. too much flare. A few spots down in the weeds in the foreground would probably be fine, but there is just too many and central in the image. The burst around the sun is nice, though I think I might have even muted that just a smidge. But whom am I? -Dave
21. After years of snagging onto fishermen's gear, an old stump resurfaces secondary to the prolonged American west coast drought. Knotted snarls of line, twist and gather around its gnarled wooden form. Thank you for your time.
