Look, I'm well aware that were it not for ducks and their close kin, such as squirrels, bunnies and pigeons, camera makers would probably go out of business, but that is no good reason to spend thousands of dollars on expensive equipment to inflict pictures of ducks on the Internet. That is madness. Ducks in flight, in polluted ponds at the park, at the petting zoo, in suburban malls during Easter --- they’re all just ducks. Deeply stupid, selfish, almost-animals. The only good thing about a duck is it rhymes with my favorite word, and the only good thing about this picture, which I generously rated 3/3, is it’s not another boring sunset.
