Hello all:
Thanks very much for the comments, they really help.
I have to admit that I really did not have any intent in taking this shot, it was just pure luck.
Settings were:
SS: 14.4 Sec
ISO: 100
50mm f/1.8
Aperture: F1/8
Nikon D80
Shot in RAW
Auto WB
Blue tint added in PS CS4 changing WB from Auto to Tungsten
No other adjustments.
Thanks again for any advise.

Thanks for the welcome, and comments about the low ratings. That DID bother me, but like you say, I am new here.
Yes, I would definitely like to see your version.
My intent was to show the lights of Sand Destin, and the moonlight together. I didn't even know the building and palm tree were in the way. I was on the balcony when I took the shot. I should have walked down to the beach and I would have had a clear shot from there.
Funny, I did the same thing at Disney. Photographed the fireworks, and the shots actually came out half way decent, except for one minor detail......a very large, obtrusive flag pole right in the line of sight....never noticed it while shooting. Oh well, lesson learned.
Thanks again for the comments.
