first lets start out with what i do like. i like how there is an overall tone of green to it, and the use of lines on both sides of the photo as well as on the stairs. I also love how you tried a different angle and tried to create something of more interest.

But the composition has no point of interest. You eyes jump around the photo trying to find something to settle on, there is no single point that really makes your audience say wow. The colors are muted and its kind of tilted, as well as shifted to one side, making this photo really uncomofortable to look at. And although this isnt a standard im standing and taking a photo angle, its the second most popular angle. maybe if you stepped back, or zoomed in really far into a single point, like a plant or something, there may be more of a point of interest. also, maybe adjust the colors to something more interesting. There is a lot you can do with this photo, and make it from a simple snapshot to a real photo! but i can see that by looking for different angles, you have an eye for photography, and a curiosity that won't hurt ;) keep on shootin

i love the use of a vanishing point, and the composition is pretty good~ i like the use of dull and muted tones, and the soft light from the fog. it all looks really good! my one buff is the composition. It looks really good, and i have no idea if you did do my suggestion it would look better or worse, but maybe try to center it more and take a vertical shot, this way, you get more trees and the vanishing point is smaller, giving it a more surreal feel, either way, this is a great photo!

This isn't a bad photo, there's nothing bad about it, but then again, there's nothing good about it either. There isn't an interesting composition, the colors are dull, and there is no point of interest. It kind of looks like a snapshot. And here's the best part, fall leaves and colors are HARD. its beautiful to our eyes, but so difficult to capture it! and i give you credit for taking on such a challenge. but the reason we find them so beautiful is because we see so many of them! maybe if you took a wider vantage of the photo, you might have had a much greater photo! i see there are more trees in the background, maybe zoom out and make use of their linear formation! there needs to be something interesting in here, maybe even simply bringing up the saturation of the photo making the oranges oranger!

incredibly sharp, fantastic composition, very very well done portrait. the marks on his knuckles to the hair on his chin to the half gone cigarette. captures a very intense yet somewhat relaxed look. I kind of wish tho, that the top two corners were a little darker, or else it makes it look kind of soft, but thats just my opinion. by far one of the best photographs i have come upon in quite a while
