I like this. It's is so soft and dreamy, which seems to correlate with her expression and the position she's in and the general mood of the photograph, but the eyes are sharp enough to draw me in. I can just imagine someone calling out her name as she was falling asleep or really intent on something she was watching and that this would be her expression as she turned to see what the someone wanted.

I really like the energy in this shot. The blur, the child's expression, and the movement of the eyes really creates some anticipation for me.

My subjects graciously agreed to jump for me just as the sunlight was

disappearing.

This is a yellow iris I was given by a friend. I didn't know what color it

would be until it bloomed this year in my front yard.
