Beautiful shot!. Perfect, soft lighting and a great pose - very cheeky indeed.

• create a darker vignette around the outsides to push the viewers attention onto the model (do it by hand though - not as an oval) and make it quite subtle
• brighten the eyes a bit to make them stand out even more (paint the eyes white on a new layer, then set the blending mode to Overlay and layer opacity to about 20%)
• experiment with a gaussian blur effect to create a softer, more romantic feel (too many ways to do this - easiest is to download a pre-made Photoshop Action)

As I say, those are just the steps I would take next. I would be extremely happy to have this as the starting point!
