Everyone can agree- Vizcaya is one of the best places in South Florida for engagement photography. There are few places that can match the character, textures, and mystic
which makes up the Vizcaya Gardens. It is a little pricey to shoot there, but well worth it.

It is all about work flow and output needs. If you want to create a work flow as a professional photographer that needs to process and manage thousands of files, then look into a program such as Aperture or Light Room.
I shoot weddings and need to run through 1,000+ images per week and keep track of them. Therefore, I use Light Room. All the imgaes can be key worded, white balanced, output to different forms of resolution, etc. Works great.
If you only want some images for your friends, family, blogs or emails which will not need to be enlarged or sold, shoot the camera in JPEG mode and avoid the post production time.
hope this helps!

My two cents - always expose for skin. Then, you can correct most under/over exposure areas in post production. If you are using an on camera flash with TTL, it will automatically calculate the fill light for you.

I have had similar issues. I just tend to batch color correct in Light Room. Bob Davis talked has about how Canon
tended to be too warm and Nikon shifted towards cool tones. Anyone else?
