"My wife uses Panodia presentation mounts for 645, 6x6 and 6x7

transparencies where she works (these are 8x10 black paper archival

mounts which are in a plastic sleeve with a frosted back). Her

supplier has told her that the Panodia company has been sold and the

mounts will no longer be available. They prefer these mounts over

others they�ve tried, so she�s looking for more news/advise: will the

company stop production of this product or will they continue to be

available overseas? etc. Any information would be appreciated."

I want to add a mf system to my 35mm system - I would like a

versatile system, one that is handholdable and is capable of shooting

a range of work such as street, portrait, landscape, macro and

nighttime shots.

I have narrowed it down to either a pentax 645 or a hasselblad 500

series system.

A few novice questions -

With the jump from 35mm to 645 or 6x6, am I going to notice a

distinct difference in 4x6 or 5x7 prints or do I really need to jump

up to 8x10 and larger prints to see a difference??

Is there a noticeable difference in optical quality between pentax

and hassy lenses in 4x6, 5x7 or 8x10 prints or only in larger prints

if any difference at all??

In terms of metering, for quick, spontaneous and candid shots, how do

the metered viewfinders, pme45 or pme 51 fare??

How do the handheld meters such as the sekonic 508 fare? Which is

quicker to use for this type of shooting?

Since there is no exposure compensation in the hasselblad, does one

adjust the ISO as the quickest alternative to this?

If your hasselblad body does not have ttl flash, how much trouble is

it to set up a quick flash or fill flash shot? What do you have to

do that you would not need to do with TTL?

When do most hassy users use mirror up - for example, for which

shutter speeds? Can you use it handheld or only on tripod?

Is a remote cable release recommended whenever on tripod?

What shutter speeds can you handhold the hassy to w/ a 50mm lens w/o

significant camera shake?? With an 80mm lens?? With a 150mm lens??

What shutter speeds can you handhold the pentax to w/ a 45-85mm lens

w/o significant camera shake?? With a 135mm lens?

What price should I expect to pay for a good used 500cm body? 501cm

body? 503cw body?

For an a12 mag?

For a 50mm cfi??

For a 80mm cfe??

For a 150mm cfi??

For a pme45 or pme51 viewfinder??

What price should I expect to pay for a good used pentax 645 body?

645n body?

For a 45-85mm manual focus lens??

For a 120mm manual focus macro lens??

For a 135mm manual focus ls lens??

For a 120 insert??
