This is the list:

  2.
I had to fix mine two years ago.
Pentax does sell the part. If you call service center, they will email you a schematic. I think I spent around $9 us for the parts.
I order the repair manual from eBay, was helpful. Leatherette needs to be removed and then the top cover.

  3.
This is actually a Large Format type question, as You may not find a Medium Format lens with a cover circle for the 617 format. Distance from the mounting flange to the film plane is not the same for all lens. Also have to consider the shutter type you will also be using.

Check out the list at this site for lens cover circle: http://www.largeformatphotography.info/lenseslist.html
I have a 617 camera with a Rodenstock Grandagon that has a cover circle of 221. This is measured at the min f/stop. it is reduced at wide open.

Good Luck

  4.
Did you read this line in his auction?
"ALL ITEMS ARE GOOD USED CONDITION UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED."
I would have asked for more images any many questions. The marked "new" is an ebay thing, most seller ignore picking the correct selections. But he does state in the auction it is used and a very bad description. Personally I would not purchase from this type of presentation.

  5.
My guess you images taken with flash and using shutter speeds greater then 1/15 of a sec. The manual also has x-sync at 1/50. Electronic Flash at 1/15
Vertical Focal plane shutter. Images crop at the top or bottom? On a good roll measure the Image spacing and compare to the bad roll of film.

  6.
The Pentax 3G for the 6X7 will work on the 645 with the 6X7 adapter. I have only fitted to my 645 and never took a shot. Just playing with it was cumbersome. If I have spent more time with it, I may come up with a plan to use it on my 645.
Lensbaby made a 100mm version for Pentax 67, Hassy(I think), and some movie camera. The 35 mm version is a 50mm lens.

"Try this before you get to involved. Much easier to do with a digital camera. If you can mount the lens on a digital frame."

Trying to find the "Entrance Pupil" with film. Take a group of pictures to fine tune the position. Take film to lab. Wait one day or a week.

Trying to find the "Entrance Pupil" with MF Lens mounted on Digital camera. Take a group of pictures to fine tune the position. Minutes later the results is seen and zero cost.

Does that help. I have found the "Entrance Pupil" on many lenses. Just try to find it by looking through the view finder is not accurate, it will get you close. I have found close enought does not work well with programs like "PT Gui" the errors are to great and I have spent to much time repairing images.

  8.
What you are looking for is the "Entrance Pupil"
This is one great site for all your panoramic needs.
http://www.johnhpanos.com/
http://www.johnhpanos.com/epcalib.htm
http://www.panoguide.com/howto/panoramas/panohead.jsp
Try this before you get to involved. Much easier to do with a digital camera. If you can mount the lens on a digital frame. You could dial it in closer, otherwise you will process a few rolls of film.
Another option, use a viewfinder magnifier to find your point of no parallax

  9.
Could check this link to the press release for that camera. From the press release it reads that it is new design, so I don't think you will find a film back for that model.

http://www.phootos.com/Library/Digiwide%20press%20release.pdf

Now that Horseman is out of business, that info will be hard to find. You could ask the same question on the Yahoo group "617", as someone from Horseman is on there to answer questions all the time.

  10.
I would also suggest the battery change and reset button.

Time to invest in a "dark bag", most camera shops would help you out in removing the film. It is a shame you had to waste it.

Could download the 67 manual from here.
http://www.pentaximaging.com/files/manual/67.pdf
Review pages 44 and 45 (48 and 49 in the PDF)

  11.
Hey Edward
The search function of this forum is krap. You can not use two or three word searches or direct the search to a forum. If you search the Pentax 67 forum the search function uses ALL medium format forums. Two word search return all post with either of the words searching for.

Beside why would anyone want to reply to a post from a year ago or even 6 months ago. It will stay buried among all the other replied to posts. Sure just subscribe to the post. Now my email box is filled with various post. I would still have to come here to sort the messages.

I have complained the Admin and they don't seem to care either.
