This is one of the most beautiful images I have seen on PN. The composition is perfect, the tonality expertly done. I would have this on my wall in a flash.

This picture has tons of potential. Check out Bruce Barnbaums sight and see how he makes his prints look so luminous. www.barnbaum.com Beyond that I would lope off some of the bottom and lighten up the rock faces a bit. Great shot though.

Very nice photo. Good composition and use of light. Nice that you could take the opportunity to take a pic during a brunch at Xmas. I didn't notice what type of film you were using (if any at all) but you could have fun with this image in the darkroom or PS. Things I might try would be to darken down the salt shaker a bit and gradually darken the backgound as it gets further from the foreground. Keep it up.

I'm sorry I just don't get it. It appears as a grouping of very seperate props, none of which are interacting with each other to provide any tension. Since I don't know what you where trying to achieve here I can't really offer any constructive suggestions.

Gee I wanna be Doug'd. I feel left out. On a more photographic note, I too would have opted for no foilage in the foreground. Maybe more sand and make it a more static 1/3 type presentation. But hey that's why they make chocolate and vanilla.

truely a fine piece of art. it would mean so many different things to each person viewing it. i am sure it evokes strong reations and is not something the average "religious" person could embrace.

rather than leaving out the face I think the cropping is fine, but maybe darken the face a bit. The pose is great, very sensual.

Nice to see such a happy fellow, especially with all the war drums pounding away these days. Not having CNN is better than Prozac for elavating ones spirits I think.

Love the picture from a photographic standpoint as well. Since it wasn't posed and grabbed on the fly I'm sure, an excellent job!

To bad only the boat on the right is in focus. A tripod if not used and a smaller aperture would have been beneficial.

This infra red look might be a little over the top. I loved the color version. What dpi do you save these images to for the web? Your pictures are so sharp and crisp.

Would have been really cool if you could have left some text books and a scribbler on the front right chair. Would have got people more involved with the picture wondering where they went and why. Beyond that nice picture.
