1.
I am looking for an online gallery where I can post photos and have people order prints. I've signed up for a trial with zenfolio.com which has almost everything I'm looking for. (It offers a good variety of print sizes, and the overall interface is very clean. It also can display information in the metadata of the files, where I can put captions.) What it does not do is offer a way to print the photos with captions that I have put into the metadata.
Does anyone know of a similar online gallery where you can order prints with metadata (e.g. title or caption) printed below photo?

 2.
I did look at the documentation on the Epson website, but I'm not seeing what I need. I'm going to post a screen shot of what I am seeing. When I do a preview, I see individual slides. I select them all, which puts a blue border around each of them. I also use the checkbox on each of them. This implies to me that they are all selected. Also, it says it is scanning "1 of 8", "2 of 8", etc., and it says it is saving "1 of 8", "2 of 8", etc.

00SqTc-118825584.thumb.jpg.7467482d4e86bf752de679534e69bad5.jpg

 3.
I am trying to use my new Epson V700 to scan slides. The preview of the slides works great, but when I try to save what I have scanned, it only saves the first slide and not the remaining 7 slides. I can't for the life of me figure out what I'm doing wrong.
I'm using the EPSON Scan software. I put 8 slides into the slide holder and put it on the scanner bed. I'm using the "Professional Mode" mode of the EPSON Scan software. I do a "preview" and I see 8 individual slides. I used the "all" button, which puts a blue border around each of the 8 slides. I then hit the checkbox, so each slide has the check box marked. When I hit the "scan" button, it says it is scanning 1 of 8, 2 of 8, etc. I then hit the button to save the file. It then says saving 1 of 8, 2 of 8, etc. When I look on my disk, I only see the first slide as having been saved. I've burned nearly 2 hours trying to figure it out. I'm at a loss. What am I doing wrong?

 4.
I just bought a new computer for my "digital darkroom". I loaded it with XP and I'm happy as a clam.
I purchased a laptop maybe a year and a half ago, and it came with Vista. I had problems with all my printers, my scanner and my DVD writer which I use import videos from my old cameras and VHS player. It was a continuing headache. If I had to do it all over again, I would have rolled it back to XP when I bought it. I would certainly not go to Windows 7 until it is out an in use by the general market for more than a year.

 5.
I am new to photo restoration, and I have a new Epson 700 Photo that has ICE. I scanned an old (1.5"x2") b&w photo using a variety of settings. The setting with ICE came out much better than without. The scan time was a lot longer with ICE turned on (maybe 3 or 4 minutes) but it saved me from having to do a lot of touchup work by hand. I found that it doesn't work well on all photos, but it can be a timesaver for the photos it does work on.

 6.
I recently purchased an Epson V700 scanner. I have scanned a couple hundred family photos, and I'm not happy with how the colors come out when I order prints.
I have ordered a ColorMunki to calibrate my monitor and printer. I now want to look at calibrating my scanner. Can I calibrate my Epson V700 scanner with the SilverFast SE software that came with the device, or do I have to purchase something else? I'm looking for a cost effective approach.
Thanks,
