I feel certain that this photo will be a kind of point in time reference for my daughter. "Childhood Memories from my Grandparents Village" K200D, Pentax SMC-M 85/2.
Bob, count on your initiative for the same forum thread in 2011! My sincere appreciations!

I noticed the same on my ratings for certain photos. Where the bug is present, the number of ratings shown in overview is lower than the one shown in detailed view. Sometimes the difference is corrected after one or two days. I have photos where the difference persists since more than two weeks allready. I noticed this bug once the new single rating system was introduced.

Interesting and diffcult thread! I chose the easy way: will share my picture with the highest number of views during 2009. Shot with Pentax K200D and Sigma 400mm/5,6 APO.

Reading your article made me count my lense inventory. Ups... 17 pieces! Out of these fourteen are K-mount and three M42 mount. As for the brands: nine Pentax, two Sigma. two Vivitar, two Helios, one Hanimex, one Kiron. And ..yes, three more are on their way bought on ebay during the last two weeks. And I took one crucial decision when I chosed the bodies to stick with Pentax: one digital body (K200), one 35mm film K-mount (PZ-1P), one 35mm film M42 mount (ESII).
Coming back to the subject, I am sure your collection is not complete yet - you are missing 77mm or 85mm for portrait, no macro lenses and only one telezoom (I suggest even for tele the fixed focal lengths). And furthermore, reading the answers to your thread, I think Pentaxians are more likely to collect high number of lenses since the compatibility of the mount is preserved even for lenses produced in the 1970s and the build quality justifies buying those.
