First the Tair-33 was made for the Salyut not the Kiev88. It is of much better quality than later lenses. In fact it approaches the quality of western lenses. Optical quality is a different story. Both 250mm lenses are far sharper since this is a 1930s' design. The jupiter immediately superseded the Tair in production. However, it is very uncommon. Because they are most never offered it is very difficult to give a value. I have seen none offered for the last 5 years. The related Tair-3 for 35mm (2 in the last 5 years) typically goes for about $100. Obviously this is a 35mm lens and not a medium format lens.
I like my Tair but it is probably the least sharp of all my medium format lenses.

I am in the process of building a website and need a little help.
I want to put the manuals for these cameras online but I do not have
the following: Praktisix IIA, Pentacon Six and the TTL prism. If
anyone can help please email me.
I also need any information on the following lenses:
240mm f/4.o Caspeco
180mm f/3.5 Meyer Primotar
They are listed in an Exacta Camera Company brochure that I have for
the Praktisix II.

Is there anyone who can help me with a Pentacon Six repair problem?
The second shutter curtain does not close completely on some speeds. It does close on others. I have the manual but am unable to find anything that would cause this. At first I thought that it was shutter tension but adjusting made no difference.

Thanks;

I am writing a magazine article on the Praktisix/Pentacon six and am
looking for owners that would be willing to answer a survey on their
equipment. I have most of the cameras but there may be variations
out there that I have not seen. I also have most of the lenses but
again there may be variations that I have not seen. All information
will be kept confidential.
