    I think this one needs a little pop, especially in the faces as the shirt takes the attention away. You might want to consider cleaning your sensor too :)

    A nicely captured expression. I personally would crop off the left side of the water, or otherwise darken the highlights and lighten up her face to give it better balance. Too much attention distracted from her face, but overall I think it is a great shot.

    A beautiful portrait. The thumbnail makes it really stand it out, especially with the bright eyes, but seeing it full screen makes the eyes too vivid and slightly unnatural for my liking. Then again, it seems to be spot on for everyone else here.

    The background and composition are what makes this shot. Would like to see a little more even light across the broad side of her face, but then again maybe it is more striking the way it is. Who knows? I give it the thumbs up regardless.

    I can't offer much of a crituque as I can't see anything wrong with it. Love the emphasis on the wrinkles, DOF and composition, even the smokey background. Lovely.
