1.
Thanks for all the critiques, it is much appreciated. I agree, the word lottery bugged me as well and I was hoping to see how many people noticed it and commented about it. I think I will have to go in and at least soften the word so it appears slightly more out of focus. That or reshoot with another book that doesn't have the word "lotto" in the frame. As for using a bible, I am hoping to pass this photo along to some friends that are getting married, and since they are not religious I ruled out using the bible. Thanks again, and if there are any more critiques please keep them coming.

 2.
Thanks for the answer Lynn.
Here is a general inquiry to the photo.net community. I see alot of portfolios with people and portrait work/sections in them. Do most of you have release forms for your subjects before you decided to post these images. Or are some of you like me, have traveled, met people and come away with some interesting images of them, and want to post these photos for C&C, but have no written agreements from the subjects.

 3.
What is the general rule for posting images of people I've met on my travels? I had permission on the day to photograph them but of course I have no subject release documentation stating this fact. Im I able to post images of people on a internet site for community critique? A further layer to the question, is their a rule for children? Again permission from parents on the day but no signed documentation. Can I post these images? Is their an age limit to a child that can be posted? And the last layer to the question, do you need signed subject release forms if your going to be publishing or selling prints of these photos? Thanks for any help with this question.
