<p>As a diver, Ive been to Galapagos several times. We always do land /island trips as part of our adventure. There are seasonal variations in the flora and fauna, but any time of year will be productive. All land excursions are led by a government guide. Photographers are confined to the defined walkways, and no flash is allowed. The book by Tui de Roy includes photography taken over many years, and includes places tourists are not allowed to go.</p>
