What camera? For Nikon use Nikon View NX or Capture NX2. Lightroom and Adobe Bridge will do it for Canon and Nikon.

Stage lights are all over the place. I would shoot raw and convert. If I had to shoot jpg, I would use auto.

Use the Justin Clamp from Bogen. B&H has it.

Never mind, It is 2.01.

Capture NX2 has a new 2.1 update. Check out Nikon's site for it or start your software.

Hello, I'm new here. I have been a full time photographer for over 45 years. That may or may not mean anything
because things change fast.
Anyway about Capture NX2. Capture does some things that the other software (Adobe and others) does not do. It
writes directly to the RAW file. Other software writes a sidecar file. This is good for me because I like
everything (including ratings, keywords, and editing) in one file with the image. It's easier to manage. But...
It also means that the file takes time to write and if you have several writing a once it may overload or appear
to or hang the computer. Especially on a large file. You can watch the indicator at the top of the image to see
the updating icon. It is best to wait for that to quit to continue work. It's slow sometimes.
Also if you change a file with Capture NX2 you cannot edit it with View NX. Once Capture has written to the raw
file, View will not edit it. However if you edit the file first with View you can edit with Capture. You just
can't go the other way.
I do wish View and Capture played better together, but maybe they can't. Maybe they will later.
I think this is super software for Nikon raw files (it works on tiff and jpg files too). I am a NIK fan and use
all their products. Capture NX does things
quickly and easily that would be a lot of work in Photoshop. You can see several video instructions on Capture
NX2 at the NIK web site.
