Thanks for the comments. I am almost ashamed to admit that this photo was taken from a moving car during the morning drive to work! HaHa, we were driving north and I believe I took the photo about 5-10 miles south of the Parks Hwy turnoff.

Interesting, I never heard that and just visited the park in ignorance. It's not too surprising though, because the trail is a well developed and very accesable to anyone who would want to go there. We didn't have any trouble, everyone on the trail was quite nice.

I like your blurry ice skating pictures. The blur gives an interesting mood that the black and white film adds to.

Yes, the lighting does contribute to the mood but I think the lighting is, in fact, realistic. These sodium vapor lights used on city streets create very interesting lighting for night street scenes.

Ok shots, but I'm used to seeing eye pictures taken by medical quality instruments used to document ocular disease. You just can't duplicate the quality with a standard camera.

Depth of focus could be better. The lid margins and skin are clear, as well as the apex of the cornea, but the peripheral cornea and sclera is blurry. I realize this isn't intended to be a medical quality pictures of the eye, but in my opinion, the detail isn't great enough to make it an interesting picture.
