I like your lighting and the general feel of the photograph. But I wonder if it would look a little bit better with some minor fill on camera left. -
I'm not 100% sure what you were going for in the picture, if it was a look of horror I don't really buy it. I get more of a feel like the model is trying not to laugh.
I do enjoy the high key look which really make the eyes pop, works well with the light skin and hair. The background on the left is also visually interesting.
