<p>I want to thank EVERYONE who responded. I have gathered from the many responses that the glass is a very important piece of a set-up. I have ordered the A900 and even though I will not be utilizing top end glass at first, I plan to utilize this camera body for years to come and have something to grow in to.<br>

<p>I have been using the Minolta 5D to take candid shots of my family. If I upgrade to an A900, should I notice an improvement in the quality of my photos?<br>
