<p>Accepting that each individual has their own method of post processing and also their own expected outcomes makes this community wonderful IMO. I sometimes spend more time PP on certain images and less time on others. I am just trying to express myself and learn whether it be a touch up on lighting or a digital alteration. I have seen and processed pictures in a darkroom and seen them come to life right in front of my eyes and the ability to do this in an instant with PP programs expands your horizons. I dont have intentions when i upload pictures. Most alterations I do to any of my photos come from the process of learning, discovery and being able to express myself artistically and photgraphically. The photos posted here have such a wide array of talent, artistry, creativeness and different levels of photographic skills. That's amazing! I am so impressed when I look at a photo that you know was photographically mastered as I am by a photo that was post processed to portray a different feeling or a form of art. I think to each his own. The great thing about this community is to view the differences and learn and gain inspiration and encouragement no matter what your venue is. It also wonderful to have discussions like this one to broaden your views or express them. How fortunate we all are to discuss and share our individual opinions and photography with one another.</p>
