First I like the photo!

I think it would have framed better if you could have moved a little to the right, this would have put the bird more in the green area of backround, thus giving it a better contrast ratio so as to stand out. Was the close crop around the tail because of something distracting on the right.

I like the composition. As a try for next time if you add a couple of white cards at 45 dgree angles to the direction of the ring and hold one high and be hind the ring it will cause more highlights in the diamond. The light from the high card should reflect back and in the lower side cards, the result is additional bounce in from the side faccets of the jewel.

Very creative composition, The high level of detail is focused on the upper eye and surounding chips. Very interesting way to move the frame off center.

Wonderful, I'm a big fan of faces and eyes. you have captured both. Is there a hint of green in the eyes? If so just it's the right amount, my mind sees it and asks me to look into it.

I like the photo but the depth of field is a little shallow. Her eyes and forehead are in focus but her teeth and chin are just out enough to notice.

Does the crop do the job?

Warm colors and the eyes are bright. I'm unsure about the crop on the upper left, was there a reason to bring it up short.

I like the angles and the way the hand draws my eye, to her eyes then through the face to the chin in the center of photo. From there the view opens to see the whole thing.

I'm looking to improve the eyes in orginal capture.
