There are no stupid cell phone questions, only stupid cell phones... there are a variety of ways (I think they have all just about been mentioned above) but if you are still having trouble why don't you tell us what kind of cell phone you have and that will give us a better idea of what you are dealing with.

I haven't been here all that long but after submitting some photo's for critique and not getting much feedback
and looking at some of the forum posts about the critiquing situation I have an idea. One of the post mentioned
that there is an attempt underway to change the system and I don't want to rock the boat too much but let me make
a suggestion.
Right now the if you are not a paying member of the site all you have to do to keep uploading photo's is submit
your one photo a day for critique. This makes the critique forum overloaded with photo's that people are only
half interested in how they are received. At the same time there is no reward for those who actually take the
time to critique a photo or rate it. Which is why you end up with what we have now, over 500 new photo's in the
last 24 hours, and the most popular one has been rated 21 times and seems to have just about as many comments
which is actually more then I expected.
What I am proposing is a points system where people earn the right to upload more photos by critiquing and rating
other peoples photos. That way people would be more motivated to provide feedback and to only ask for critiques
of the photos they really care to have critiqued. Maybe the critiques could be worth a point value based on the
length of the post, or it could be like yahoo answers where the owner of the photo could pick the best (most
useful) critique and that would earn the person extra points. Just ideas but I am interested to hear what you
guys think about it.

I'm sure it's mentioned somewhere in one of those threads but for simple frames I just "Adjust Canvas Size" in photoshop and set the color to black. Sometimes I repeat it twice more with a thin strip of white and a bit more black.
