I love the composure because the more you look at it you realize it is not (overly) staged. The lighting is great, the colors are

great and I don't mind it not being perspectively correct. Sometimes angles are not square and all still can be right in the world.

I think the symmetry of the perspective corrected photo is too posterific.

This was taken near Diamantina, Brazil. I spent about 45 minutes with Dona Lea. She

made us coffee and told us stories. I love her presence. Does it come through in the

frame? Does the Tri-tone help the image? Would straight B&W be better?

I like this image a lot. The nicotine tone is great. The only thing that tweaks the image for me is the arm position, Looks a bit off / awkward. Having said that it doesn't detract from the image at all. I think it lends more of a candid shot feel to the frame.
