This is a fragment of approximately 5 by 15 meters area in Palace
Pier Park near the Humber Bay Bridge in Etobicoke. There are few
dozens of little stone sculptures put together. Nobody knows who
started this gallery. It is maintained by different people. I saw few by-
passers stopping and adding a couple of sculptures.

Excellent DOF! It looks just right.

This is beautiful shot! Great composition an very pleasing background. I know it may take a long time to capture a butterfly sitting on a flower with wings open.

I love this picture! It looks complete. Nothing to add and nothing to take away. True piece of art.

I made this shot on "Canada Blooms" show in March 2008 in
Toronto. My apology to the author of the original piece for forgetting
to record any information about it.

Great shot, Bob!

Great composition Pierre! I like the combination of the back light producing shadows and the fill light revealing texture. Very thoughtful as usual.

History as Theatre

This mural on the Front Street wall of Toronto Sun building (333 King Street East, Toronto) was created by Toronto artist John Hood in 1993. It depicts Canadian history from the days of the first explorers to modern time. Here I found very good description of the scenes on the mural. Now the mural itself already became history. Some time ago the building was sold and the wall has been demolished.
