I also load dry (3005 & 3010) and use the Jobo sponge on a stick.

I've purchased heliopan rings from Ken Hansen.

ABC plus pyro(Rollo pyro), which is formulated for use in rotary drums, is available from Photographer's Formulary and Bostick & Sullivan. I use in CPP-2 with expert drums (3005 & 3010). I also do ilfochrome, where the temperature control of the CPP-2 is important for consistency.

Try Badger Graphics. They have lower prices for Schneider CF's.

This is a response by Dr. Fleisher to a similar post in the archives.
"Contrary to popular belief not all lenses with the same focal length produce the same depth of field at the same aperture! A typical example is the Superachromat 5,6/250: It produces extreme sharpness
(250 linepairs per millimeter)at the plane of best focus. But slightly off (which may be caused by photographer's focusing error, film position error, curvature of film, humidity, registration error of mirror or focusing screen, magazine wear, to name just a few), the sharpness drops dramatically. It can drop even below the levels the
sharpness of a Sonnar 5,6/250, or the one of a Tele-Tessar 4/250. In other words: The performance of the Superachromat is extreme, but nervous. It requires advanced technique on the part of the photographer and also well aligned and maintained equipment, to actually utilize the full potential of this lens. Once all this comes
together, the Superachromat shines. No other lens in the world ever gave me fine details with this clarity! This lens is perfection for perfectionists.
Photographers who prefer to engage less with these aspects may even achieve "better" results with the normal Sonnar 5,6/250."

Light traps are available from Hasselblad in NJ. Were about $6 when I ordered last year. Easy to replace.

My photographic experience covers 40+ years, my scanning experience 1 week. I bought an Epson 1640SU and am very pleased with the results using medium(6x6) and large format(4x5) chromes. The following is a 6x6 scan relying on the scanner and Photoshop intelligence.

Rod: Just to echo sentiments of above. I purchased G1348 from Robert White in January. Best price and great service! Received in New York within 48 hours of order. I'm 6ft tall and use G1348, 1370M head with Hasselblad and this past weekend with my Sinar F2(8lbs without lens). Thus far, extremely satisfied with performance. Alex

If only I could remember my 50th birthday! I wear progressive lenses (modern bifocals). I recently purchased 503cw and replaced screen with Acute Matte D with split-image. I subsequently replaced Beattie screen in my 500c/m with Acute Matte D with split-image and also in my 500el/m. Huge improvement! I also find it easier to focus with WLF.

I returned from Cayman Islands on 1/13/01 with 503cw purchased from Cayman Camera(delightful people with whom to do business), which I declared on my customs form. Paid NO duty and saved more than 30% off B&H price. Hassy seems to be their best savings.
