Hello,

I have a rather unusuall question that I haven't been able to find an answer

to. I have a Canon A300 digital p&s that I don't really use anymore since I

got my dslr.

I was wanting to leave that A300 in my car in case I ever come across a need

to take a picture and don't have my other camera with me. What I was

wondering, is there any danger to the camera from the extreme temperature

ranges that ocurr in a car?

I live in Kentucky so we see pretty much all kinds of temps here. I

appreciate your help.

I have a Nikon D40 and I was wondering if anyone knew of a utility or plugin

to photoshop that would allow me to imprint the date from the metadata onto

the picture like p&s's do? I don't want to do it all the time, just when I

use the camera to take family snapshots. I would like to be able to do a

batch process so I don't have to do this photo by photo. I appreciate your

help with this matter.

I was wondering if they make any non-nikon lenses that have an internal focus

motor that would be compatable with the new Nikon D40? I'm looking for a zoom

telephoto lens. I appreciate any help.
