This is a beautiful image with a very strong content, the only thing i would change is the strong hipbone i would push it back with the liquify tool then this would be a 7/7 for me.

I love the idea of this image in the toning and composition, however if it had been mine i would have removed the items on the legs which i feel would improve the image greatly. 7/7 for the image though which is very well captured.
