jim, thank you!!!
I will bookmark oldtimecamers.com for future reference...it was not too pricey...hopefully it will eliminate some of my
"oops" exposures that i blundered along the way...ooh, then i will have to come up with a new reason for my
"blunders"
now if I could just find the rollei bayonet hood for the 180mm f2.8 tele-xenar i finally bought...had to do some serious
saving and budget rearrangement for that one.
thank you again!!!

help, help!!!
just bought a rolleiflex 6003 professional and am loving it, but...
...after searching everywhere i cannot find an instruction manual.
i have an out-of-print brochure that gave pretty good information on the different metering modes, but that is about all.
i would appreciate a link to an on-line resource (mr. butkus site covers the src 6003, not the professional 6003) that i could download from - gladly would pay.
if someone has one or an extra one, or if some angel would make copies i would pay for that as well.

thank you jeff for the link to srb photographic...i do need a rolleiflex VI to 67mm step ring for another lens and had been searching from berlin to singapore to hong kong to l.a. to chicago to nyc for - even had the rollei part number. i will order the step ring i located on the srb site - thank you!!
thank you q.g. for the hasselblad part numbers...i will go a'hunting for for one of each and give them a try.
i finally, after about a year of looking and searching, saw a rollei bellows hood on e-bay...it's a little more than i want to pay...ok, i'm occasionally cheap, cheap, cheep : - ]. i may relent in a bit...
thank you all for your very helpful and thoughtful responses. i will update you with my progress.

Floyd, thank you for the clarification about the two different bayonet mounts.

Joseph, thank you for the insight on the adapter.

time to go back to searching for a rollei bellows shade...or get out the gaffers tape : - )
breathe, relax and enjoy.
hello all,
i have been searching the internet for a rollei adapter ring (rollei catalogue number 740-020) to adapt a hasselblad pro shade (the
early one) to my 80mm f2.8 rolleigon on my 6002. this lens has 67mm thread, not the typical rollei bayonet which i hope will accept
the hasselblad bay 60 ring i have (somewhere).
also wondering if hasselblad bay 60 compatible with rolleiflex bay 60?
i would appreciate any advice and insights on this...guess i could cobble things together with (honest-to-goodness) gaffers
tape...aarrggghhh!!!
breathe, relax and enjoy.

i highly recommend krimar photo.
mr. krikor maralian is better known for excellent repairs on rollei TLR's. he is a genuine delight to speak with and a pleasure to do business with.
he revived my 6002 once or twice at very reasonable cost with excellent turn around time. it was returned bubble wrapped - many layers - in one box within a larger box filled with styro peanuts. he also warrants his repair work for a reasonable time.

i had an SLX and traded it away for some darkroom gear - ooops, arrrghhh, etc.
great camera, ahead of it's time in function and style. i have had a 6002 for about seven years and it is part of my daily carry gear - grunt, grunt - along with my mamiya 6's...
feel free to ask if you have any questions about it...i'll delve into my limited pool of experience to help if i can.

...i'll do a switch back and forth between my mamiya6 (what fragile winding mechanism?mine's 10 years old with all the paint worn off the advance lever and worn off in other places, been dropped, bumped, taken across the usa dozens of times, to mexico and back...and to russia and back twice and it's still working) and my new-to-me swc/m - thank you John Lewis!!).
