<p>Thank you for your instructions. I don't think the sleep mode is my problem; however, I will turn it off and test it just to make sure. Auto power off can be achieved by changing the settings C.Fn-01.</p>

<p>Thank you for your prompt response. I will try your suggestions and let you know how it works out. I am using all new batteries each time and load them according to the image/instructions on the camera. </p>

<p>Can anyone advise me regarding my speedlite? It constantly drains the batteries after just a couple of flashes. I have only tried using it attached to my Canon D5 Mark II camera. I had tried good name brand batteries and rechargeable and still have the same problem.</p>

I have a long history of work experience in dealing with the public and managing employees; although, it is in a different field. <br>
I have some experience/education in portrait/general/wedding photography. I have only done two weddings and got great reviews. I know I still have a lot to learn but I am determined to take more classes and get as much experience/knowledge as I can.<br>
