I got mine a couple of weeks after I registered. They also called me to notify me that it had shipped. I would just call them.

If you're doing weddings...or if you're even remotely interested in them as I suspect from the location of this thread.. Do NOT use 1st one. It looks like a kids studio. I wouldn't want that for my wedding.
The secoond one doesnt really "POP", but it's not a bad card either. Probably better off choosing a different image.

I would HIGHLY Reccomend 4over
$24.00 for 1000 Full Color Double Sided Cards.
I love the cards I got back!

I have found that using a logo in overlay mode and in a very low opacity is a way to mark the image without looking cheesy and without pulling attention away from the image. Nobody really wants writing to take away from the beauty of their portrait, so this method has worked well for me. It should blend in with the background, so it will take some tweaking to the method I mentioned.

Try to do some extra planning with the couple as far as props. A little planning goes a long way. There's nothing I tire of more than e-sessions that lack individuality.
One thing I love to do is have them do things that include spinning around together. They have no choice but to focus on what they're being asked to do, so they no longer pay attention to you. Have them spin, jump dance whatever.
Also, don't forget to bring a long lens and photograph them just interacting with each other while sitting as far from them as possible. It's just an extra little thing you can do.
There's about 6 images here, the one that has the couple on the beach laughing used the technique I first mentioned. www.photoreflect.com/pr3/StorePortfolio.aspx
