Your critiques are very useful for me. Thanks for stopping by.

It's really a beautiful landscape, very well framed and a great color. It transmits a very peaceful moment. And the focus has been very well selected, with great detail in the stairs and the wall. Really well done.

I love this photo for the two elements you got and their different strengths. Besides that you knew how to transmit the sensation of speed. Absolutely awesome!

This is a perfect photo, really. When you watch the detail you see that the wood is real but the windows are reflections. Great effect. Well done, Davide!

Actually I don't know the name of the flower but it looks really beautiful. The photo is perfect, with the contrast between the flowers and the greens. It looks almost like a painting. Wonderful, Christal.

What you have here is like a postcard, just perfect! I love the framing and the colors. The exposure is well done, too. Really perfect.

Fantastic color, contrast and perspective. There is nothing to inprove on that one. Five stars, andrew!

I really like this photo. This is the kind I like. Great exposure and framing. Nice job, Andrew.

I really like the framing and the colors. Well done, Miroslav.

You got a fantastic photo here. Nice landscape, with something that eyes follow naturally. Very dramatic too, as the Black & White asks for. If you got the focus a little bit closer and with some more depth of field, this could be a winner on the category. Well done, David.

The fact that you had to compensate -2EV can be related with the sun shining on the snow. This sometimes gives wrong fotometric lectures, however with some cameras it depends on the kind of programmimg you set.
Anyway, great shot. It gives a nice postcard. Nice job, Yiannis.

Thanks for the time you spent watching my photos and writing a critique. You are really very welcome.
Andrew, thank you for your kind words. I still have a learning curve to follow, but is good to know that I'm in the right direction.
Christal, it seems that this time I made the thing right...I'm glad to know that's your opinion. You were very helpful. Thank you once more. Oh, by the way, the shots with the rocks were taken in Porto Covo. It's a small place between Lisbon and Algarve (Portugal). The sea is the Atlantic Ocean.

This is one of a set of photos I took recently as my first experience
on this kind of landscapes. The day wasn't the better but afterall I
liked very much the final result, especially because the detail on the
rock, the clouds and the acentuated contrast.
note: This is the second version of this shot, after some horizon
lineup correction. Thanks Christal Steele and Michael Mancil for your
critique. You were very welcome. Unfortunately I lost your comments
after the second upload...I'm a real newby on this matter, sorry.
