I like how the nose comes into frame at an angle - I can't remember when I've ever seen that before. Also the mix of a minimal/formal design with natural/realistic light is cool.

I like everything about it. There is a lot going on. I think you will have a hard time getting most people to like it w/o removing the blur from the eyes. Also I would personally either crop down or extend the window up with e.g. cloning - I don't see any design or symbolic reason for the dark blob on the upper edge.

Very cool image. I get a strong feeling from it. At a glance the area behind the knees was confusing for me - it took me a moment to figure out that it was the floor in the background. Is this maybe because there is too little detail in the boots/pants, and there is a dark object on the floor behind the knee? If it were my picture I would get rid of the object on the floor and do some dodging on the boots or pants or both - that way the forms would be more obvious. Is that possible with your medium? Anyway, I like the image. Once I figured out what I was looking at it imparts a mood. Very nice.

Cute dog! The texture of the fur is great, and the angle of the flash really makes it dramatic. The cropping feels a little strange to me, not 100% why, but I think maybe it's because the action is so frozen that I don't know which way the action is going. At a glance it seems like a strong pose, but on inspection my eye gets frustrated because I'm not sure what's going on - maybe I'm just missing the obvious. But I like the image. That fur is terrific.

Powerful. I like it very much. I think putting the light way at the bottom pulls you back from the lines running out the top - it moves me back and forth through the image forcefully.

I like the design of the image very much. The shapes and space really keep my eye going.

 

The nose being lit on the broad side in a short setup is slightly confusing to my eye. I do like the little lines on the background, though - very interesting how it works with the line of the dude's body.
