  1. Laurent, Thank you for taking the time to comment on my photo. I can see by looking at your photos that you are a very talented photographer. I have lots to learn. I happened to be in the right place to be able to take this picture. I was taking pictures of family members when I noticed my wife was comforting her and took the picture. I shared it because of the emotion it brought out for me.

I like this photo a lot. Great use of color and light, which bring out the beauty of the model. The other thing I notice about your work is the ability to make the model feel comfortable and at ease.

As usual, great work. You were able to bring out the color of her skin tone by use of lighting. The shot is well composed and you brought out the beauty of the model.

Hi John. Thank you for your comment. I want you to know that I admire your work and the skill you have as a photographer. One of the most challenging subjects in photography is capturing the human form and presenting it in a way to show its beauty. You do this constantly. Concerning your feedback, yes I agree the picture of Mars and Jupiter are small and there was not a lot of detail that you can see in the pictures, which was disappointing. My wife was very generous and purchased the Canon R5 for an early Christmas gift. Needless to say, I was anxious to use it and check out its low light capabilities as well as the 45 megapixels, which were not disappointing. I'm not sure if the issues with Mars and Jupiter are because they are further from the earth than usual, the conditions of the atmosphere at the time I took the shots, or lack of skill of the photographer, me, who took the picture. Either way, I have things to work on. Again, thank you for taking the time to critique my work! I really appreciate the feedback. Keep doing what you are doing. You make the world a better place, By the way, concerning you comment about why people want to go to Mars, Hell if I know! I wouldn't want to do it. It could be the desire of Mankind to seek and explore the unknown which defies all common sense and rational.
  2. Great photo. I like the use of light that is shining off her body, giving it soft golden color. Compare it to the color of the blueish color of the rocks and the green-yellowish color of the water. All together, they make a great shot. Good work.
