My earlier feedback in this post was meant to be constructive. I have been a member of PN for a while, but have not been too active as I have a busy work schedule. I will be retiring in a couple of years and will get more involved in this community. I am amazed by the many great photographers there are out there and hope to learn and improve my own skills by their examples.

Just my thoughts, the site being user friendly. I am having some difficulty figuring out the new format and finding were things are. It took me a moment to figure out how to upload a image. Members gallery is confusing. Do I create a gallery or upload individual picture. These are just some initial thoughts.

I know I am getting into this late, however, I use Vimeo and have my video's on the website. It's great and the compression is a whole lot better than Youtube.

Final Cut works well from what I here from those who have the camera. I use Final Cut for my video editing and it is a great program, although it is expensive.

I am fairly new to PN and just getting into photography. I love to hear comments, even though there is criticism. This is how I learn by hearing the good and the bad. The rating system helps but does not give me the full picture of what is right or wrong. I find it is so subjective, for example one person will give me a 3/3 and another will give me a 6/6 on the same picture. Comments are more constructive and helpful. For me, forget the ego, I just want to learn from the pros.

Thanks for the feedback dcstep and MikemorrellNL Yes, it was a difficult shot. If I had to do over again I would of composed it differently as mentioned by jordan2240. I also would have played the the aperture, using different settings. I have to get out of the mind set of shooting one shot.
