    Looking, I can't help but think about what made the holes. although I don't know how large the target is I get the sense the round was fairly large, like .45 ACP or 12 gauge slugs. In every case though the paper is pushed in on the near side and pulled out on the far side of the hole. Can't figure out why that is...

    I love the textures and how the foreground detail and focus holds you in the scene while staring out to sea. Also, I think the shadow on the border adds nicely to the overall effect. One thing does, however, bother me about the border - the shadow running on the left hand side of the image disagrees with the lighting and shadow in the image. Was it chosen that way arbitrarily or perhaps to balance the lighting in the image?
